Refund Policy

1. Purpose

  This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines participant rights and responsibilities relating to any course registration, withdrawal, and rescheduling.

2. Participant Cancellations

 • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee of the Original ticket price.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date are non-refundable. 

• Requests for cancellations, transfers, or credits must be made in writing via email to the RA Resus Skills Hub administration team.

3. Organiser Cancellations

If RA Resus Skills Hub cancels or reschedules a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly and offered:

• A full refund of registration fees, or

• A credit valid for a future course within 24 months.


RA Resus Skills Hub accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

    Refunds outside these conditions may be considered in cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable travel restrictions, at the discretion of RA Resus Skills Hub.
